Hardware Support – Call-out & Break/fix service


Fast and friendly service, one of our engineers will discuss your issue over the phone and then visit site to fix or replace your faulty product. We understand that when your IT is out of action, the pressure is on to get you back up and running. We offer an onsite service for our customers mainly within the West Midlands area, however we do venture up and down the country for many of our clients.

Some of our clients are Solicitors, Estate Agents, Civil engineering and Manufacturing companies.

Examples of issues that we have resolved onsite:-

  • Dead Computer, new power supply unit (PSU) fitted

  • No picture on screen, new monitor or graphics card fitted
